Delivery

The items will be delivered at the given shipping fee. As of now, shipping is free of charge for purchases of CHF 200 and over. Registered postal service will send all orders. Your order is usually shipped within 2-4 business days after we received your payment. Packages must be signed for. International orders may take longer. Shipments to customers living abroad may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery dates are dependent on the postal services in the country where the order was placed; therefore we are unable to guarantee delivery times. If the buyer refuses to accept the delivery, we will not reimburse any postal or transportation costs.

Custom Made Jewelry

If you’re interested in Wiebke Meurer jewelry and want to have a custom made object that’s unique and made especially for you, I’m happy to accommodate you. I am producing 18ct , red- and yellow custom made jewelry in Genolier, Switzerland.

It will take me longer than usual, but it’s worth the wait. I personally produce all the pieces in my atelier. The waiting time is between 8 to 12 weeks. Once we established contact, I will inform you about waiting and delivery time. Please contact me via email or give me a call.

Repairs

Purchased from the webshop

  • If it is a production fault, please email wiebkemeurer@hotmail.com Please include your order number, description and a photo of the damage.
  • All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
  • If the break is of your fault, you should bring it to your local jeweler for repair. Everything can get fixed.
  • We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition that is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at wiebkemeurer@hotmail.com and ship your item to the following address:

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over CHF 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.
